Orderlion’s cutting-edge eCommerce Operating System empowers food suppliers to seamlessly connect with their restaurant and supermarket customers through an intuitive app-based ordering platform. By automating sales, customer service, and logistics, we are redefining efficiency and customer engagement in the industry. We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support growing our strongest markets. You will be part of our customer success team and lead new customer project launches. This role blends relationship management, technical expertise, and project leadership to drive successful outcomes for both clients and Orderlion.

What will you be doing 🚀

• Customer Onboarding. You welcome new customers via a kick-off meeting, help setting up their accounts and complete the onboarding process with a training session for them to get the most value out of Orderlion.
• Project Management. Collaborate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders (customers, 3rd-party integration partners, internal teams), conduct risk assessment, main project timeframes, use project management tools to track project performance.
• Account Management. Build strong customer relationships, serve as their primary point of contact. You recognize potential within our existing customer base and support our sales team to utilize growth opportunities.
• Support. You will provide customers with support via phone and email. You participate in internal product testing sessions.
• Process Improvement. Collaborate with your team to continuously improve our internal processes for a high level of efficiency and automation.
• One-on-One Mentorship. As a team of serial entrepreneurs, you'll experience a tailor-made mentorship program led by our leadership team with a focus on long-term personal development to become an absolute customer success superstar.

What skills do I need? 📖

• Language Proficiency (all are mandatory!):
  • Fluent English speaker (C2 level or native-level proficiency) (as English is our company language and for working with customers in UK)
  • Fluent German speaker (C1 / C2 level or native-level proficiency (for working with customers in the DACH market mainly)
